      We've got a big day ahead. School gets out at noon (as usual on Fridays)

      From 1-2:30 we have the annual Bike-a-Thon, which raises money for the kid's fair bracelets. Violet says she plans to ride 20 laps - that's 10 miles!

      Then a trip to Coos Bay to pick up a storage building and Violet's new glasses. We discovered recently that she is nearsighted.
