We've finally unloaded that white elephant we will always remember, not so fondly, as our first home. We got a call last night (a little after 7) for us to be at the title company at 9 am the next morning, certified check in hand. Oh, crap! We've been saving up our money for closing (we actually had to pay the buyer's closing costs to get this thing off our hands) in Jeff's bank account in Texas.
