This is a book that I'm very excited about. I've only tried 2 recipes from it (and 1 was so-so), but the premise is great. It's written by a mother of a picky eater and she's devised ways of cooking foods with hidden nutrients: beans, spinach, cauliflower, carrots, sweet potatoes, etc. While Kadie loves broccoli and green beans, I haven't been able to get her to eat sweet potatoes since she was a baby (and I haven't even tried spinach).
